  My wife and I have used Kim for buying/selling/renting on 3 different properties, some with multiple transactions, and she has been nothing short of amazing. She has made each process extremely easy for us, taking the guess work out of complicated processes, and makes sure things are done right. She is extremely easy to work with, responsive/available, hard working, and thorough. On our most recent house sale, we decided to put to it on the market on a Wednesday, she had an amazing photographer in by Friday, it listed by Saturday morning, and organized an open house on Sunday. We had 4 offers by Monday morning, and closed in less than 30 days. When moving to a new house, she handled both sides of the transaction for us, allowing us to sell and buy in one day. She also has an adept understanding of the market conditions, which resulted in us getting the most out of our properties. When looking to buy, she takes our wants and needs and finds great properties to see. We are getting ready to sell another property soon, and can't wait to work with her again.

  Jennifer and her team helped us sell our townhouse in 4 days! We were blown away by her professionalism and kindness. She and her team make a confusing and stressful process so much simpler and even enjoyable! We got so excited each time we were told there was a showing and mutliple offers! Would HIGHLY recommend to buyers and sellers looking for a knowledgeable and talented team! Thanks for all your hard work!!

  I would not recommend this school. They keep finding issues with your children until you feel obligated to leave. They do not know how to keep families enrolled because they can not find solutions to issues, only want to make the parent feel as if the child is the issue and they are not. I understand there are rules to be followed but that is all they ever say is “rules, rules, rules” children need nuturing and care not just to be told this is a rule. What does that mean to a young child if there is no care along with it? They will ask you to pick up your children for things that can be dealt with and handled at the school. This is not appropriate, especially for parents that work full time. This business will never take off if things continue to be handled in this manner. I am so highly disappointed with my experience here.
